Cantor said to Reid, "to put his money where is mouth is." Reid has said he has no plans to call up the health repeal bill. Now the head of HSA said there are 129 million people who have pre-existing conditions. Cantor said, "That's where the replacement effort becomes imperative", "Obama-care is unsustainable."
